Get ready to BULK UP, gain power/strength, and gain solid muscle on my BULK plan!  In order to build an amazing physique like Arnold and other legends, you must pack on solid muscle that will show through the leaner you get.  BULKING is a must if you're trying to get bigger and add size to your physique.  This requires a specific macro plan, workout plan, and cardio plan to ensure you get the best results without gaining too much fat in the process.With my help, I'll teach you what to do and what not do when it comes to BULKING.  I've BULKED and shred many times before so you're in great hands! 

On top of my 22+ years experience in the gym, I'm also NASM Personal Training and Nutrition Certified.  If you follow my plan, ask questions when needed, you will see great results that will lead into even more GAINZ as you progress in your fitness journey.  The goal is to improve where you are now and then continue to get better and progress in strength, power, and overall body functionality.  I will help you do that and then some!

With that being said, before you make this investment in yourself,  please allow me to break down HOW IT WORKS and WHAT YOU GET in this "90 Day SHRED" program:

HOW IT WORKS:

1) You purchase the plan and get an email confirmation.  From there, I will send you an invite via email to my Trainerize app where I will build your workout programs with videos for every exercise.  You will also be able to log all your workouts, cardio, weekly progress pictures and stats so we can use the weekly data to adjust if needed.  You will have direct access to me via the app messenger for any questions you may have.

2) Once you have signed up for the Trainerize app with me, I will send you a fitness/nutrition/limitation questionnaire that will help me better understand your current situation and goals, and allow me to design a program best suited for you.  Please ensure you give me as much information you can so I can optimize your plan for you.

3) Once you have completed my questionnaire in the Trainerize app, I will get a notification.  I will review your forms in order to customize a program for YOU.  If I have any further questions before building your plans, I will reach out to you before I start.  Please give me 2-3 days to build your plans out on the Trianerize app.  Once I have finished all programs, I will contact you to let you know it's GO TIME!

4) We will keep in contact with WEEKLY check-ins on the Trainerize app.  However, our contact is NOT limited to once per week. You can ask questions at any time via the Trainerize app messenger and I will respond promptly.

WHAT YOU GET WITH THIS PROGRAM
 for 90 days:

  • Unlimited, direct Trainerize messenger contact with coach Josh
  • Workout programs structured around your personal fitness goals
  • Cardio plan that will pair with your workout plan to maximize fat loss and keep it off
  • Macronutrient breakdown of how much protein, fat, carbohydrates, and calories you should be eating per day in order to reach your fitness goals
  • Starting macronutrients, cardio targets, and progressive workout program and daily workout log carefully prescribed-- based on your goals specified in questionnaire (questionnaire will automatically be sent upon purchase of this program)
  • Thorough weekly analysis of weigh-ins, how well you're following the programs, and any adjustments to macros or workout/cardio programs
  • Quick support via Trainerize app messenger (I respond within 24 hours, 48 max)
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:
  • You must own log all your weekly progress pictures (front, side, rear) and measurements
  • You must track your macronutrient intake and hit your targets macros to the best of your ability
  • You must weigh yourself on the same scale and every morning and track it in the app
  • It is your responsibility to honestly/accurately fill out your weigh ins and macros in the app
  • It is your responsibility to check in with me weekly on the app (*I will set up a reminder for you in the app to make it easier to remember)
  • It is your responsibility to hold yourself accountable to the macro/cardio/training programs I design for you
  • It is your responsibility to ask questions if you don’t understand something during the duration of this program
-This plan offers a workout/training program/logging system to achieve training goals.  Every individual will achieve their own results depending on the work put into the programs.  This plan is not refundable.  The program plan ends 30 days from the date you receive your personalized plans in the Trainerize app.
